About Me

I am a Licenced and registered General Practitioner with a specialist interest in women’s health. I take pride in being a friendly, calm and approachable clinician who puts patients at ease. I am passionate about Bioidentical hormones and the positive impact it can have on patients lives.

I have undergone 13 years of rigorous and extensive medical training with a large focus on patient safety. I am regulated by the GMC (General Medical Council) and work in General Practice in Berkshire where I have a specialist interest in women’s health. In addition to my work as an NHS GP I work as a Private GP in the heart of central London. I have extensive experience in women’s health having completed a diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and worked in aesthetic gynaecology providing vaginal rejuvenation for ladies with vaginal dryness after menopause and stress incontinence.

In my spare time I enjoy cycling, yoga and spending time with my husband and lovely family!

Why do I practice bioidentical hormones?

In my day to day general practice I have seen women and men who have struggled with hormonal imbalances and many suffer in silence. Within the constraints of the NHS treatments for these are often limited to synthetic HRT or the contraceptive pill for women which is more likely to cause unwanted side effects.

The great thing about BHRT is that the treatment can be tailored to your body’s individual needs depending on what your own hormonal levels are. We are all unique and this treatment offers a tailor made approach to hormonal imbalances and helps women and men feel revived, rebalanced and back to their normal selves which is my overall aim. It is a simple yet life changing solution that can help.
